DELIVERY CONDITIONS
NORMAL ORDER:
Delivery from the stock of our book-wholesale partners - until the stocks last. Delivery at the prices of our lists. The HUF prices in our lists are indicated by the publishers - our firm cannot be held responsible for any of these prices. If any of these prices are in fact higher by more than 10%, we will request you before delivery to confirm your order by accepting the price.
SPECIAL ORDER:
If the ordered book is not available anymore from the stocks for our book-wholesale partners, we will try - only if requested - to find it in the bookshops or purchase it directly from the publisher. Our costs for purchasing the book (HUF 500/title) will be charged separately in the invoice.
INVOICES
in USD or in EUR (or in the currency of your country), calcutated with the daily rate of exchange.

Normal order:
the price of the book(s) + the delivery costs above according to the exact weight of the package in grams.
Special order:
the price of the book(s) + the delivery costs above according to the exact weight of the package in grams + purchasing costs (HUF 500/book).
SHIPPING:
Normal order: within one (1) to ten (10) workdays.
Special order: as soon as we have got the book from any possible sources. If the book cannot be sent earlier, information on the chances of the avaibility will be sent after 6 weeks.
PAYMENT:
by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express or JCB), remittance, bankcheck or International Money Order.
    
Payment by credit card:
When using your credit card for payment, please, send the data of your credit card (type, number, expiry and owner) to us together with your order. Your order is valid only after your credit card data have been received. You can use the credit card data form of the bank printed out or downloaded. If you have an appropriate and secure program, you can send us the requested data through the internet, e.g. as an attachment to an e-mail, but for the sake of security we propose to send it by fax or by ordinary mail.
Your data will be stored safely and confidentally and will not be forwarded to third parties with the exception of the bank. The bank will check the data of the credit card on receipt of your order, but the contervalue of the shipment will only be deducted from the card within 21 days after the shipment has already been sent.
Payment by remittance, bankcheck or IMO
If you do not have a credit card or do want want to use it for payment through the internet, you can pay for the ordered books also by remittance, bankcheck or International Money Order (IMO). In this case, you will receive a pro-forma invoice with the total value of the shipment including the price of the books and the delivery costs. After we have received your payment for the invoice, we will send the ordered book(s) to your address.
When using remittance or bankcheck for payment, we will be charged by extra costs by the Hungarian bank: these costs are - much to our regret - also to be charged in our pro-forma invoice.
When ordering, please indicate, if you want to give us a normal or a special order. If this is not indicated, your order will be considered as normal order: we deliver the ordered book until the stock of our book wholesale partners lasts.
